I am Emma Coopman, a lively lady who uses her voice, celtic harp, squeezebox and last but not least her expression to give the spectator an enchantement of music. I enjoy giving people something pure, a wonderfull time, a moment of timelessness in the form of music.
Born in Lovendegem (Belgium) in a family of folk and world music artists. It doesn’t have to be a wonder that I am passionate about music since I can remember. Afther learning to play harp and accordeon in my youth I have played in various folk groups. In my teenage years these came to heights at the Boombalfestival, Gooikoorts and Zillegem Folk.
